I was just offered an additional reward beyond those already being offered for signing up for Fios by the chat sales rep. I have a screenshot of it with the order number on the page I accepted, however when I received my confirmation email it was not there. I am scheduled for installation tomorrow and am not comfortable with proceeding with a company that does not keep it's promises. Has anyone encountered and been able to resolve this? Or am I just better off to cancel the install?
