Advertisement, Verizon is not honoring the in-mail coupon

The web-page advertises, however Chat Rep won't honor the deal referring that my address in ineligible. Except I had a mail-in coupon to the physical address.  The chat rep wouldn't escalate to Regional Manager, and therefore I am asking the assistance here. The screenshot of the internet page is attached below, however, after clicking "order now" the Wish list granted offers disappear.

I have received a mail in offer stating I can get 300Mb speed for $35 (With Autopay, not wireless!!!), 2YR price guarantee and $100 gift card for ANY internet plan.

However, when I try to point that out to agents they say $35 is for wireless customers only, and $100 is only for 1G plan. I understand that legal language in the fine print leaves a lot of room on how to interpret "eligible" plan but the advertisement panels are pretty unambiguous. This is frustrating...
