Last week I tried to pay my June Fios bill with a Verizon gift card through the website before my autopay went through. The website showed me an error saying that the transaction did not go through. My problem is that the amount of my Fios bill was still deducted from my gift card, and it hasn't been returned to the gift card. The autopay on my account went through as usual.
Please help me. I just want the the money taken by the failed gift card transaction to be returned to the gift card. I am frustrated that the phone representatives kept misunderstanding my problem and transferred me to the wrong departments.
