Best Buy - Verizon Offer

The Verizon $400 for Samsung at  Best Buy seemed like a good idea.

I purchased a fridge, and it does not fit.

The Best Buy delivery guy assured me you "just need to remove this piece," and it will fit. "Trust me, I do this all day." He left me with the fridge.

I spent over 45 minutes on chat with four different departments at Best Buy. Nobody can help because the system isn't updated. I have the fridge. Best Buy won't acknowledge that fact, and now I will have to go through the extreme nonsense of waiting on chat and doing this all over again.

Nobody apologizes. Nobody offers legitimate support or help. Nobody can call me when the system updates.

I will have to wait 12 - 24 hours.

Is there anyone from Best Buy who is monitoring these posts and able to step up and provide me with aid.

Complicating factors: I had surgery two weeks ago, moved yesterday, and am starting a new job.

Nobody simply says: you know what, our system is not what it could be and we'd like to help you by offering X.

I signed electronically on receipt of the fridge. There's no reason for these delays.

Also, since it was delivered, there are different support teams, the bot doesn't know that, and it takes each agent a few minutes to find this out and shuffle you off to another agent.

Real people do not have time for this. We work, we have families, etc.
