Blackhawk is giving me the run around about my $300 in gift cards.

I am getting the same results as others have been for years. I still have not received my 2 gift cards. I keep getting transferred all over. Blackhawk keeps telling me to wait a few more days as they seem to do everyone else and still nothing. How did you get this resolved?
