I received the email saying that my Xbox series S was ready to be redeemed. I click on the link in the email it sends me to the app and nothing pops up!!! I tried this several times and the same results it doesn't show anything on my account /app about being able to redeem the console. The phone reps are useless they never have a clear answer or really help you solve the problem smh. I need help from anyone who can lead me in the right direction!!!!
