I've been trying to activate my final welcome offer for the last two weeks and keep getting errors such as contact customer support or reward services is unavailable. I reached out via chat and phone with agents telling me I'd receive the gift card in the coming days. Days have gone by and still nothing. I had no issues with redeeming the 100 dollar gift card but this one has been difficult.
Has anyone had this issue? Any solutions?
