When I signed up for fios, I couldn’t complete the order because the system said fios wasn’t available but it was. So I had to sign up via chat and as a result I couldn’t add my first responder discount. I was told to do it after I got my first bill.
I just got my first bill and I can’t add it. It just is a continuous loop that takes me back to a new cart to do new service.
