Cannot redeem $100 gift card

We signed up for FIOS internet earlier in the year (which has been great BTW), and at the time the promotions were a Samsung 4K TV and a $100 gift card. After receiving emails to redeem our promotions I followed thru with the Samsung TV which was delivered this week (also great). However, I haven't been able to redeem the gift card because every time I get one of these two errors: "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" or "Bad Request". And I've tried a number of times over the last few weeks.
What's also interesting is that the Samsung tile is still displayed under Ready To Redeem (right next to the gift card tile) and clicking on it allows me to begin the process as though I hadn't already redeemed it. Odd...
