When I signed up for home internet 5G plus online, i was given promotion $200 Verizon Gift card. This was different from $400 off Samsung devices & $250 Amazon gift card. There was pop up on my screen for $200 Verizon gift card if I complete the order. I added this successfully along with other 2 promotions. I have a screenshot as a proof. I have contacted verizon helpline multiple times and every representative has a different story. They have opened 2 tickets so far, no update on either of those. One representative even sent me an email as a guarantee that I will get it within a month. I have that email saved as a proof. But I am not how true that is (1 month deadline). Because I need a code to submit on Verizon rebate website. After that it takes about 4 weeks for approval. This code itself is not even sent to me. Verizon should provide this $200 gift card as it was promised.
