Door to door sales person did not delivered deal/offer as promised.

Does anyone know who I can contact on reporting a door to door sales rep?  This person came to my door offering all these deals on Verizon Fios internet & TV.  He was nice enough.  After working with him for a bit, I decide to switch from Xfinity to Verizon.  I got Fios internet, YouTube TV ($10 off for the first year), and was promised free Max & Netflix with the package.  On the day of the Fios internet setup, I texted him again on the package because I don't see anything about Max & Netflix.  I told him I don't want to switch if I am not getting everything that I was promised.  He said everything will be there after the setup is completed.  Now is a week later, Fios internet is the only thing working.  YouTube TV activation failed.  After getting bounced around to multiple support agents, I was told to get YouTube TV from YouTube instead because Verizon only does order and billing, and can't help troubleshoot the activation.  I continue to text the sales rep about YouTube TV and free Max & Netflix.  Now he is not responding at all.  Now I am pretty sure he just lied about all these offers to get me to switch.  Where can I file a report on this sales rep?  Thanks.
