If you receive a Verizon discount through your employer, watch your bill closely. My discount went away even though I'm still employed. I noticed it after 2 months, and I had to renew it to receive it again. I questioned Verizon as to why it was taken away and they said they sent renewal notices via email; however I never received an email from them until I initiated the renewal. I asked them when the renewal emails were supposedly sent and they could not provide a date. I searched my email going back past the date when the discount was stopped and have many emails from Verizon, but NONE ABOUT RENEWING MY DISCOUNT. I do not believe Verizon sent any renewal emails and were just hoping I wouldn't notice they stopped the discount. It worked for 2 months. I suspect I'm not the only person this has happened to. Very annoying, since I got their credit card to be allowed to continue paperless billing for THEIR convenience and they charge plenty as it is. I just got an email yesterday that they'll be raising my bill. Again, watch your bills and employer discounts closely! Untrustworthy and poor customer service. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Currently rethinking that.
