Fios Welcome Bonus?

I've seen a bunch of posts on this but no clear resolution so here we go...

I received a link to redeem a gift card as part of my move over to Fios. I redeemed on 6/16, got an email that said to expect e-delivery within 7-10 days and that was the last message I got. The message mentions logging in to MyVerizon and clicking the Fios Welcome Bonus link but I can't find that link anywhere. I've looked in my alerts, my notifications, tried logging into verizon.com/rewards and just...nothing.

I know I can call but has anyone had any luck figuring out how to get this thing to actually work? It's incredibly frustrating (and also frustrating that this seems like a very common issue with no fix)

Hi  b2hogan,

It looks like you connected through private chat.  I wanted to add some information in case other customers have the same question. You can check on the status of your home offers by signing in to your My Verizon account, Home Offers section. Here you can see which offers are ready to redeem, pending orders and redemption history.
