I received an email on 5/8/25 that I would receive a $200 Fios Welcome Bonus. I completed the info to request the gift card within 7-10 business days but still haven't received it. This is what the email says:
Great news - your reward is on its way. We'll send it to you via email within seven to ten business days. What's your status? Activate your card. |
But the link to track it does not work, and I haven't received the bonus.
