My home offers page says I redeemed my reward on July 6. I was directed to a page to activate it. However, I never received any information about it. I also redeemed a different $200 Verizon gift card, received an email saying the wait is over and I would receive a code by email. No email. My home offers page does not list it as in progress. Nothing!

Did you check your junk/spam email folder? I've heard of the rebate emails being flagged as spam by email clients. Hopefully it wasn't 2 different offers causing confusion in the system, as discounts and promos can't be stacked.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
