Verizon isn’t offering the gift card that was offered in the promotional offer. It’s been 5 months already and still haven’t received the gift card. Upon calling customer service, they redirected for the card to be re-issued but haven’t received any email. They tried this thrice already and haven’t received any email from [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. I requested for the gift card to be mailed, but they’re not ready to help. Is anyone on the same boat? This is completely ridiculous in having to followup so many times.
