Ok what's the trick to actually being able to use these gift cards they gave? I have been beyond patient with verizon since I got fios but the complete lack of customer service is outrageous. Waited 1 day after card offer was "redeemable" because it wasn't. Then you have to wait another day for them to email you your gift card. Go to buy something in the store and low and behold they have to cancel the order for some reason. And that takes 1 whole week to do. They can't tell me what the error was that caused it but I can tell. They took 1 of the gift cards off the receipt and my credit company blocked the transaction because it's $200 more than was originally authorized. So anyway as I have to wait another week to try and use these cards anyone have this experience or know how to get them to work?
