I received the email to claim the $50 XBOX Giftcard plus Xbox Controller and headset. I redeemed the giftcard on 12/4/2024. The promotion said I would receive in email within 72 hours. I still have not received. Have reached out several times and I am not getting anywhere. NO it is not in my spam I have checked several times daily. I have tried to redeem the other offer for the controller & headset and every time its added to cart it wants to charge full price. I have again reached out several times to get it corrected without getting anywhere. I was promised it would be corrected so I could order not later than 12/9/2024 and still not working. I have filed a claim with Attorney General Office Consumer Protection to get what I promised when I signed up for Fios. I have already purchased a new cell phone plan from another carrier and will be cancelling my verizon cell plan I have had over 25 years as soon as I transfer my number to new phone.
