I've been a Verizon Mobile customer for 7 years. I was told I was eligible for a free JBL speaker and Nintendo Switch if I signed up for Fios Home Internet. I signed up, waited the required two months, and redeemed the offer.
Since then, I’ve contacted Verizon multiple times—by phone, chat, and through escalations. Each time, they extend the waiting period: first 4–6 weeks, then 8–12 weeks, then 3–5 months, and so on. It's been months, and I’ve never received anything.
