Loyalty discounts

Question

I have been using Verizon for long amounts of time . I moved 2 houses and have been using verizon Fios for home for more than 3,4 years. But i never got the loyalty discount . Even though i am a student working my back of to pay my bills . Can verizon help me get the loyalty discount. If they value a old customer they should please help
