Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve seen a few posts about it but assumed it wouldn’t happen to me as well.
We signed up for Fios home internet after moving into our apartment and did not receive anything. I took a screenshot that it was ready for me to claim but once I clicked on it, the tile disappeared? Why is this a common thing….i just knew this wouldn’t happen to me.
Did anyone ever get a resolve from this?
