Missing Home Internet Discount as a student after succesful ID.me login

I’ve spent several days speaking with two different customer service agents, but neither has been able to resolve the issue. I keep receiving the following message when trying to apply for the Fios Home Internet discount:
"We are unable to recognize your discount eligibility and you will not be eligible for the Fios Home Internet Discount offer. You can continue to make changes to your order below."
Despite logging into my ID.me account—which confirms my student status without any issues—the system still won’t recognize my eligibility for the student discount.
Could someone please assist me in getting the discounted Student plan applied to my account? I’d really appreciate a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
