Hello,
I received two Verizon welcome gift cards when I started—one for $200 and another for $100. Both were marked as "Redeemed" on March 30 in my account. However, I only received the details for the $100 card.
I contacted Verizon's online support, and they instructed me to call 833-889-8251 to retrieve the card details using a reference number. I called today, and they informed me that the details would be sent to me within an hour. However, a full day has passed, and I have not received anything.
What should I do at this point?
