I am having a similar issue. I upgraded my internet and received the email that my offer is ready to redeem. When I click on it and go to home offers it said no offers to redeem. I have spoken verizon on the phone and have had several chats. One guy said I need to pay my bill that's on auto pay so I paid it ahead of time, still nothing. Today they guy told me it will be resolved in 4-5 days. Need it for 9/9 don't have days to wait. They have been sending my in circles for a month. I'm tired of it. I've had my cell with verizon for over 13 years and fios internet for 3 years. I am about to pull both accounts and go elsewhere.
