NFL Sunday Ticket Promotion

I have been in chat contact with Verizon since July. I activated service in August and was guaranteed that I would have the NFL Sunday ticket offer. Every time I speak with someone they guarantee it will be resolved and they have escalated it to their perks department. They promise a call or email within 3-5 days and I haven’t heard a thing. It all lies. I went into my Verizon recently and it says I redeemed the offer on August 16. I never redeemed it and never received an email. I plan to cancel my service and move to Xfinity.
