Never received $200 Target gift card

Hi, I signed up for Verizon internet in March 2024 and never received my $200 gift card, or notification of it at all. I signed up online and was told the card would be delivered to me, which it was not.
Can anybody help me redeem this promotion? It was a very important factor in my deciding to move forward with Verizon Fios, and so far it seems like this has been an unethical tactic to get people to sign up.

Hello - has been several days since I posted this. Is there anyway to more formally reach out to Verizon to resolve this? It seems that there many unsatisfied customers like myself. Are people being helped here? Or am I being ripped off here? I have been a Verizon customer for years, and I am beginning to think it's time to look elsewhere... I switched internet providers because of this promotion...
