I received a home offer for upgrading my internet services however I did not receive the free gift. After the waiting period passed I redeemed my offer and was told I would receive an email once it was shipped but it has been 4 weeks and I have not received any such email not to spam or anywhere at all. I have contacted Verizon several times and am not sure what to do.
