I’ve been trying to redeem an Xbox gift card through the home offer for several days and multiple attempts. I contacted customer service and was advised to clear the cache, but it still isn’t working. I’ve tried both the web and app, and both show the same error:
"Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later."
