We got Verizon Fios about 2 weeks ago. everything was set when ordered. We were to get 200 verizon gift card, plus another 100 verizon gift card, and some kind of 3d glasses. We discovered if we put it in my wife's name instead she qualifted for a discount through her work. they said to cancel the order and start a new order with my wife's name. we did that then they suddenly said they couldn't see the last order's perks because it was canceled and they couldn't give us the same ones. very deceptive and disappointing. we instead are getting a 200 gift card and $400 samsung appliance rebate (something i never wanted) was on the chat with them for 2 hours trying to have them rectify it. said they couldn't. I'm not buying it. they told me to call and they would go over the original recording. so now I have to call and spend more hours on the phone with them. why can't they just make good on it? i'm beyond frustrated.
