Promised Gift Cards

• When I signed up for Fios Test Drive I was told I would receive three $50 Verizon gift cards which I could use towards my Verizon bill. After completing the test drive I selected the plan that best suited me. Once I selected the plan I was told I would receive two $50 Verizon gift cards & one $50 Amazon gift card.  I don't shop at Amazon and have argued to no avail to get Verizon to honor the offer that was made when I signed up. I have been waiting for these gift cards since November. I have also had multiple issue with my account since I signed up & have made no less than a dozen phone calls trying to get them resolved.  I finally have everything resolved with the exception of the gifts cards. Several of the representatives asked me if I wanted to switch my cell phone to Verizon.  REALLY? So I can have more problems. I don't think so.
