i switched to Verizon Fios On June 14th of 2024 and was offered a promotion where if i was a brand new account switching over with new service, i would be eligible to redeem a Xbox gift card of $50 or a ethernet extender, and a $200 target gift card or a Brand new Nintendo switch with the joy cons. i was told i had to wait 65 days for the promotion to be redeemable. that was in June, now i am in October and i regret switching internet providers. i feel lied too, customer service is zero help and i have written emails and made multiple phone calls with customer service representatives saying have filed i motion to create an exemption and its been weeks, still nothing.
