Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, on us

I got the offer to redeem for the Ray ban smart glasses, however when I try to redeem under home offers in my account it redirected me to the product page. I ordered a pair thinking the order would automatically not charge me. Now I have the charge for the item and I don't have order history to initiatie a return.
