  • Hi Verizon, i had 2 rebate offers that i was going to redeem on nov23, one for $200 and one for $100, they dissappeared on nov24th, please help me resolve this thank you..

They were for switching to verizon fios home n internet, they were on my online acct til saturday nov23 which was the redeem date, next day they were gone

In september, around sept 19th when it was installed, bit sept 6th wasthe purchase date
