Not sure if this is the right place to put it or not I signed up for the Internet. I was told I would get a Meta quest, a $200 dollar gift card and a $100 gift card. I’ve had nothing but issues with redeeming these for the quest. It says an order went through but when I click on the order, it says I have to call. I tried calling I get a runaround and disconnected for the gift cards. It said I’d get an email within 24 hours or but nothing. I’m just worried because it still says the Meta quest is redeemable, but it won’t let me and I’ve seen other things where this is how people get screwed out of the rewards. What else can I do?
