Received email to redeem rewards but Home Offers still says Pending

I received an email today to redeem 2 of my offers for signing up for Fios a month ago. The email says they are ready to redeem, but when I enter into Home Offers they are still saying Pending. Today is 6/20/2024 and they say Redeem on Jun 20,2024.
I have tried with 2 different browsers, as well as the app (both with clearing cache and without) Any way I look at the offers they still say Pending, even though today they can be redeemed.

added - I did online Chat and the majority of the chat was the agent trying to sell me a wireless plan. In the end the agent sent a link but that also didn't work. They said a ticket would be created and then the chat dropped off without any update on a ticket.
