I elected to get the 1 gig internet in part because of a $400 credit against a Samsung TV I intended to buy. But after the FIoS was installed my account t said I had no offers. The chat agent said it was an error on their end and gave me a number to call. The agent I called said that there is a person whose job it is to call all of the people who have been unable to get their promised gifts and there is such a long backlog.that it will take a week to get that call. By that time the product I want will no longer be available at the price being offered right now.
