I'm stuck on hold again to ask a question that many here seem to have faced: I have "redeemed" but not used the value of a $100 and a $200 promo card that were offered on signing up for Fios. I waited the appropriate time and them requested the cards. I would like to apply these to my account. There is a thread of others that have struggled with this, and it seems it took executive intervention to do satisfy the person with this same dilemma.
I am not waiting terminally on hold to reach an agent and then jump through all the hoops that poor soul had to.
How can you offer a promo and them make it so hard to use. I can't find any way to add the value to my account.
Please help.
