Unable to Redeem Samsung Offer - Chromebook / eCertificate does not work

I have spent a couple of hours with Verizon Fios, then Samsung.com and (A) the Chromebook Go is not available, so a eCertificate should be. I have tried multiple laptops and the code is invalid all the time. Samsung support reroutes me to Verizon Home, and the Verizon Home re-routes me to call Samsung Order.. and neither give me a discount code that I can use.
If anyone had success redeeming this promotion please?
