Unable to redeem Ray-Ban Meta Glasses Home Offer

I signed up for Verizon Fios in October 2024. I was told to wait until early December before redeeming some of my Home Offers. My $200 Verizon gift card was easy to redeem, however the offer for the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses has not been straightforward.
I received an email in early December that it was time to redeem my Home Offer. I am able to navigate to the Home Offers Page (linked here) and see the tile which says "Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses , on us. Redeem by February 2025"
I can click the tile which brings me to a new page with a button to Claim Offer. A pop up shows up asking me to check a box, accepting the terms and conditions. I can do this, and I am taken to the item page.
Unfortunately, the item shows as $299.99 and not $0. When I add it to cart, it still shows as $299 plus tax.
I have repeated the process on my laptop and PC using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers. I have cleared the cache, cookies, and browsing history to ensure no issues with the devices. I have also tried from my cell phone, using the Chrome and Brave browsers. I have also downloaded and used the Verizon app to try and redeem the home offer. The result is always the same.
I have tried to call in several times. I get different results from whoever I speak to. Tier 1 reps tell me they suggest the same steps I have reported above and ultimately tell me to try again in 2-3 days. Supervisors tell me to try again in a few days, that the item must be sold out, the promotion must have run out of glasses, and/or that I can go to a store for further assistance. The two Verizon Wireless stores that I visited told me they do not assist with Verizon Fios offers. They suggested authorized retailers which can sometimes offer FiOS services, but those authorized retailer stores told me they do not handle official Verizon perks and offers.
I would appreciate any assistance in this endeavor.
