Hello: I was suppose to get a $200 gift card for signing up to Fios. We (4 lines) joined Verizon in the beginning of April and I submitted the form online for all the lines (6 as we have ported in 2 lines from the 4) on April 8. Today, I can see in the MyVerizon App that Invalid submission and it cannot be processed. There is no information about where is the mismatch and how to resolve the issue. As a new customer, it is disappointing to get this kind of support. Seeking for support to get it resolved and get the reward
