Verizon I need help with redeeming xbox console

Dear Verizon Customer Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly seek assistance with an issue I have encountered regarding the redemption of a promotional offer associated with my recent service subscription.

Upon subscribing to your service, I was excited to take advantage of the promotional offer to receive an Xbox Series X console, and an Amazon gift card and few other offers. However, despite successfully completing the redemption process for both offers, I have not yet received any email confirmation confirming the redemption. Additionally, when I initially attempted to redeem the Xbox Series X console, it appeared to be available at a zero-dollar price, with the actual price struck out as expected.

Additionally, after submitting the redemption order for the Xbox Series X console, I noticed that it still appeared in the "Ready to Redeem" section. When I attempted to redeem it again, the price had changed to the full amount

 While I have reached out to your support team via chat and phone, unfortunately, the representatives I spoke with were unable to fully address the issue.

During my call with customer care, I was assured that a $500 Verizon gift card would be issued  for the challenges many customers were facing with ordering the Xbox Series X console through the Verizon website. However, I have not received any confirmation regarding the issuance of this gift card.

I understand that technical issues can arise, and I appreciate your team's efforts to assist me thus far. I kindly request your continued assistance in resolving this matter promptly as these need to be redeemed before march 10 and I have already done that. also I have also not received any details about the amazon gift card as well.
