We were promised gift cards when I signed up for Verizon service in November. The sales representative who assisted me with signing up told me that I would receive $350 in Verizon gift cards within 2 billing cycles after starting my service.
I signed up on November 5th and paid my first two bills on time, but I still have not received the promised gift cards. I contacted customer service atleast 4 times over the last 2 months and was told the gift cards should have been sent out and they would look into it, but I have yet to hear back with any update or resolution.
I am very disappointed that I still have not received the gift cards I was promised as an incentive to choose Verizon. I selected Verizon specifically due to the offer of gift cards, which have still not arrived. This is unacceptable customer service in my view. The failure to follow through on a promised promotion makes me question relying on Verizon if such issues arise so early on.
