Welcome Bonus on Hold for Past Due Balance despite no past due balance

I was able to successfully redeem multiple welcome bonuses, however, there is a $200 gift card that has a status saying “on hold due to past due balance” however, I do not show any past due balances and this did not stop receipt of two other gift cards. I have been trying to chat with someone and received no response.
