Where are my gift cards?

Signed up for Fios (swapped from Xfinity) beginning of this year. 

Was promised 2 x $200 gift cards as part of the promotion.

Right after installation I applied for the cards at Verizon web site. 

I understand I need to wait for an email with a way to activate them. 

Have not received any such emails.

When I initiated a chat  on the Verizon web site to inquire about the cards, I was given a phone number for Blackhawk  1-888-397-0765

This led me to a list of selections that had nothing to do with getting my gift cards and I couldn't find a way to get a person to help me.

My questions:

How long does it normally take to receive promotion gift cards? (am I being impatient) 

Any advice on how to proceed on this quest?

Otherwise I have been very satisfied with Verizon as my new ISP.
