XBox SeriesX Promotion

Did anyone actually receive their Xbox that was part of the new customer promotion? We got Fios back in January, I was able to redeem my deal for the Xbox, I still have my order confirmation with the order number. For the first couple of months, I was being told that they were backordered and had an 8-12 week lead time. But now, I'm not getting any helpful information, and they have no record of my order when I try to check the status. We received all of the other promotional items, it's just the Xbox that seems to have disappeared into thin air, so I'm wondering if anyone actually received their Xbox, or did they never actually exist?
