Signed up for Fios, got offered Xbox Controller and Headset + $50 eGift Card. Redeemed both on Dec 17, both said 48 hours, eGift card would come via email, Headset & Controller via Mail.
Got the controller in 48 hours no problem, yet to receive the email for eGift card.
Contacted support and they tell me it has been mailed and that i should receive in 7-10 days. I immediately quesiton him as this is not what the page at the time said, nor did it ask me for my address, only my email for the link to be sent to.
He then tells me that its an email, and then i ask how does an email get sent in the mail, and take 7-10 days. He said he couldn't help me as it has already been sent and i would have to wait, yet i have not received the email and its been 6 days since i redeemed, 96 hours past the timeline it gave me.
Now i dont know if it is coming, or if this person was completely full of it.
