Xbox promotion

When I signed up for Fios, I was offered a free Xbox bundle. After the initial period of time, I received an email with a link to claim.

I claimed both the headphone/controller and the $50 gift card and received confirmation on both. The confirmation for the gift card stated that I would receive an email with the ecard within 48 hours. It has been 7 days and I still have not received it. I did however al.ready receive the headphone/controller.

Why is this taking so long? Is the email coming from Verizon or a different sender? The confirmation doesn't detail that
