I have claimed my free xbox as a deal when I signed up in December. I was told to call and redeem my free xbox around 12/27. I called and had help to claim. Still have not received. I promised my grandson I'd have it for his use. Also the gift card. Haven't received either. Not a Happy customer. I may take penalty to get elsewhere. I don't feel offer is what they say. Thank you. Hope to get response soon.
