For the past 5 days, the website redirect to redeem a $200 Verizon gift card has been throwing the following error:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I've tried reporting this both via chat and phone, and none of the service reps seem to understand this is a technical error. I had one tell me that because my autopay bill gets dated 2 weeks before it's due, that I show a balance over $50.00 and therefore cannot receive the reward until the balance is paid. 🙄
Yes, I've received the email telling me to redeem this, and all seems to be fine until the step where the webpage says it's transferring me to the gift card redemption website. Searching these forums, I see this problem crops up constantly. Isn't it about time to get some capable programmer to have a look at it?
