When I switched my internet to fios, there was a promotion for $50 amazon gift card.
I did redeem on the home-offer website. But weeks later, still have not received.
I have tried the the virtual verizon assistant but did not get any where with it. Any suggestion or guidance on how to get this investigated?

Found an article posted by vzw_customer_support, an option is to reach out to @vzw_customer_support (https://community.verizon.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/141117).
I did that more than a week ago and no response. Just resent another message requesting for help.
